As said on Wednesday morning during a graduation ceremony, prime minister Hun Sen praise the tribunal decision on Kang Guek Eav aka Duch who used to be the Khmer Rouge’s torturer in chief.
“Cambodian government respects the court’s decision because the court is independent, so it’s depend on the court to decide how many years Duch should serve,” said Hun Sen, adding that the government has no right to interfere or putting pressure into the court.
